Boabab Superfruit: The Boabab Tree is one of the longest living organisms on planet Earth (2,500 years old & going). Grow up to 25-30 meters in circumference. They grow in extremely arid landscapes, very resilient to changes in climate (particularly to drought) the tree can draw moisture from the soil until there is no moisture in the soil at all. Boabab fruit has hard woodened shell and takes about 6 months to grow on the tree then takes a couple months to ripen then falls off the tree. Humans in Africa have consumed this fruit for thousands of years and are well known for its health properties.

It's called a Natural multi-vitamin because of its array of vitamins and minerals particularly high in Vitamin C, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, and Iron. There are five micronutrients found in very high levels in the Boabab fruit that's why they call it a Super fruit. Its high in fiber almost 50% fiber half being soluble the other half insoluble. Directions
