                            Directions

                            1-2 Capsules every morning on an empty stomach (if possible) with plenty of spring water or Organic non-GMO seeded lemon/lime juice, or any natural fruit juice or smoothie until the supply ordered is gone. Make sure to keep a well-balanced diet, with adequate exercise for best results or an Alkaline Plant Based Diet for maximum results. If your stomach is sensitive and you cannot take capsules on an empty stomach. I suggest you take the capsules 1-2 hours before or after a meal.
