Directions

1. No Toothpaste - Wet toothbrush and shake off excess water. Then dip bristle side of toothbrush into powder until you meet your desired amount. Then wet the side of the bristle side where you see less powder. Then brush. Rinse and Spit.
2. With Toothpaste (Natural) - Apply desired amount of toothpaste then wet toothbrush and shake off excess water. Then dip bristle side of toothbrush into powder until you meet your desired amount. Then wet the side of the bristle side where you see less toothpaste and powder. Then brush. Rinse and Spit.

*Please be advised: Make sure you brush your teeth 2 times a day one time after breakfast, one time before bed to ensure best results.
