Directions

Take 1-3 capsules on an empty stomach if possible, with spring water or organic fruit juice or take as needed. If your stomach is sensitive and you cannot take capsules on an empty stomach. I suggest you take the capsules 2 hours before or after a meal. 

Make sure to keep a well-balanced diet, with adequate exercise for best results or a plant-based diet for maximum results.
