Or you can brush your teeth with the miswak alone. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS BELOW

  1. Unwrap miswak
  2. Soak one side into water for 10 minutes
  3. Peel outer layer about half an inch
  4. Bite tip gently until loosen
  5. Hold miswak vertical, brush up and down between teeth and in circular motions
  6. Cut 1/4th inch of tip off after every 2 days
